The most important items of this project focused on Management, Maintenance and cleaning of the building including any architectural and civil works, finishes, fixtures, art and decorations, ceiling and walls, facilities, devices, special equipment and mechanical, lighting, heating, cooling, sound and acoustic, visual, media,electric, technical and electronic networks and systems.
In addition to secure all equipment, fittings, spare parts, tools, devices, facilities third party contracts, personnel, employees, laborers, independent contractors, supervisors and managerial staff needed to ensure the continuous operation, management, maintenance and cleaning of the building at all times.
